Tasty Tartu is here to offer some special flavours all throughout February. Most of the natural goods in our menu come from South-Estonian local farmers and during the Tasty Tartu event the local products are highlighted even more.

Starter: 
Smoked eel, caramelized apple-tartar, lentils, parsnip cream with creamy sauce

Main dish:
Deer with potato-truffle puree, burned vegetables, funnel chantarelles, blackberry sauce

Dessert:
Pistacchio dessert, wild strawberry gel, caramelized nuts and flowering quince-chokeberry ice cream
